45-50 - CONGRATS! You have a great understanding of what it takes to excel in the field of sales. Continue to challenge yourself to connect with your customers in ways that solidify their loyalty to you.

35-44 - You have a good understanding of what it takes to be successful, although you may want to concentrate on two or three areas where you scored 3 or less. Challenge yourself to tackle one area a week and begin to notice your improved results.

25-34 - You have an understanding of the basics of sales but may be concentrating more on closing a deal than building a partnership. Take the time to ask questions that build rapport while focusing on understanding what's most important to your prospect or customer.

Less than 25 - Don't despair! Rome wasn't built in a day. Take the time to step back and look at your areas of opportunity. Keep a positive attitude. A good attitude is the one characteristic that is ESSENTIAL to long-term sales effectiveness!
